Projekt SLA@SOI je evropski raziskovalni projekt, ki vpeljuje dogovore o kvaliteti storitev (SLA) v vse nivoje storitvene arhitekture. S celostnim pristopom preko pogajanj, izvajanja, kombiniranja in nadzora storitev omogoča rast storitvenega ekosistema. Interna zgradba te porazdeljene platfome temelji na množici komponent, ki si prek protokola XMPP izmenjujejo sporocila. V okviru predavanja si bomo ogledali konkreten primer SLA monitoringa v porazdeljenem sistemu.
