Abstract
People and organizations communicating through web sites usually have limited knowledge of web design and web technologies. While content management systems enable them to modify and publish content, they don´t provide a simple solution for modifying the appearance of web sites. Such a solution would have to encode some web design knowledge. We will discuss if and to what extent this is possible and review some ideas we implemented in our product at Klaro.
